Minutes of The Altrincham Supporters' Club (TASC) Committee Meeting,
Saturday, 25th November 2010.

Attendees

Apologies from John Edwards, Ian Jones, Mike Ainsworth, Grahame Rowley, Pete Foster, Ian Rosendaal, Dawn Abbott,

Predictions

Launch at Histon game. Be prepared to give out the sheets at FGR game. SF and GR to discuss the feasibility for prizes etc. (* due to postponement of the FGR game this idea is under review - start probably delayed).

Penalties

Plan to set an end date for entries. Probably have 2-3 for semis then a final. See demand over the next few weeks before deciding the end date for entries.

My Square

Set end date of 31st Dec.

New Year Raffle

Sales going OK so far. Tickets have been distributed. Will need more sellers for the games over Christmas. Brian Flynn to put note on website and forum requesting assistance selling tickets both at the game and away from the ground.

Pence in the Pound

No progress - proposal on hold. Possibly advertise for someone to help

Golf Day

Plan to hold this in June.

Pensioners' Christmas Lunch

33 people so far; only a couple of places left. All seems to be organised.

Recycling

Poster needed. Want any electronic devices but not fridges or microwaves.

Calendars

Ł8 for A4; Ł10 for A3. Hopeful of having prototypes by FGR (* delayed).

Membership

Brian Flynn to contact Geoff Morris about assistance on this project. Contact all ex-members to try to recruit more. TASC board to speak to individuals to try to recruit more members. Need to restart the draw for hospitality. 98 members so far.

Away Travel

Currently well down money wise on the travel. Need to address the issue of no-shows, No minibus for Runcorn or Curzon.

Bottle Bars

Brian Flynn to speak to Grahame Rowley. Currently on hold.

Pint glasses

Quotes Ł1. 50 + so far. Printing is expensive. Brian Flynn to check further.

Fixture posters

Posters available so project up and running. Need to readvertise.

PA system

Ł120 so far. Ian Rosendaal promoting.

TASC website

Dan Jones needs information; Who site hosted with, the usernames + passwords. Paul Salt has offered his help. Dan proposed a simple design, which is easy to update.

E bay

Progress unknown - need to speak to Grahame Rowley to establish progress.
